The team at Branching Out Co. are committed to remaining open to service our clients for as long as we are able to. These unprecedented times have caused a lot of confusion and all the mixed messaging out there on social and mainstream media is not helping.
At this stage, we intend to continue running business as per usual with a couple of conditions. Please advise our team if you or anyone in your household has either been in contact with a confirmed or suspected case of COVID-19 or if you have recently returned from overseas.
Our landscaping team can generally work outside without having physical or direct contact with you if needed and our building team can ensure they follow social distancing measures to keep you safe.
We are also ensuring our staff are all in good health and anyone displaying signs of illness will be directed to remain at home until they are well again.
Our designer Sarah can conduct design consults via video chat and depending on the works involved can create plans for your review. We can also assist with getting all the preliminary stages of work completed, including approvals, so that once everything returns to relative normality we will be ready to get started on work for you.
We hope that we are able to overcome the spread of this illness in Australia soon and as a company we will follow the direction of the Australian government if we are directed to close but until if/when that time comes we are here to work!
