As you can see from the images we only made minor changes to the existing living space to add the beautiful timber staircase. The glass surrounding ensures that this space does not appear any smaller and invites you to the space below.

With space available under their existing home we were able to completely transform this space into a large cinema room. A full bathroom and wet bar / kitchenette completes the use-ability when you are down stairs. We also added bifold doors for a complete outdoor experience.
The access tricky and the planning approval process difficult but in the end we achieved a great result and a happy client, look forward to more projects like this in the future.
