Design & Approvals

Branching Out Co. are here to make your entire process as seamless and straightforward as possible, offering a full design & approvals service for our clients.Our in-house designer, Sarah, has studied both interior and landscape design, allowing her to consider your house as a whole, and holds several qualifications across both fields:

  • a nationally recognised Diploma of Landscape Design (AHC50616)
  • a nationally recognised Diploma in Interior Design and Decoration (MSF50213)
  • a Diploma in Interior Design
  • a Diploma in Interior Styling
  • a Certificate IV in Design (also nationally recognised, CUA40715).

Sarah can also help to source the perfect pieces of furniture to finish your space.
Our Services:

Plan drafting and design consult
We can provide a full design service, including a consult with you on-site to discuss your needs, full CAD drafted plans, basic materials selection advice and ongoing support and consultation throughout the design and construction process. We offer different design packages depending on whether a CDC or a DA is required for approvals. 

Approvals
As part of our design process we will advise if the proposed works are likely to require approvals. If you require approvals under a CDC (Complying Development Certificate via private certifier) or a DA (via council, followed by Construction Certificate through private certifier) we can provide a service to coordinate the process and manage all third-parties involved in the process.
